It seems as though the pages in general are in the correct order, but when it comes to the two page spreads it looks like the pages are flipped on to the wrong sides. Here are a couple examples from Attack on Titan chapter 90 and and one from chapter 91:

One more example also from chapter 90:

And another from chapter 91:

Like I said, the single pages, and the chapters as a whole, seem to be in the correct order, but the two page spreads are getting flipped in to the wrong order. You can see in those pictures that the images just don't line up, and on the two page spreads with text it means the dialogue is in the wrong order, which is a little confusing and irritating.

Yes, I've noticed this too. Every time there's a double page, the pages are suddenly in the wrong order. Same thing with the latest chapter, ch 94. No idea what the issue is, but it feels pretty crap to pay for an inferior product. At least the fan scanlations always make sure to line up the double pages.

I emailed customer support directly about this issue, really hoping they'll fix this.

For the love of all that is holy, WHY OH WHY DOES THIS CONTINUE TO BE AN ISSUE???

EVERY. SINGLE. CHAPTER.

EVERY SINGLE ONE.

For the love of Ymir, before putting up a new chapter, please please PLEASE... take the two seconds to LOOOOOKKKK at it and make sure it is in the right order.

We're paying you guys to do this and you cannot get this right. I have never EVER seen anything so absurd, so flippantly obviously wrong, in all my life.

I just do not understand how this can still be a problem to this day. I just cannot comprehend it. At all.

I got a reply, sadly they completely misunderstood my complaint and thought I complained about manga being read right to left. Uh. I attached a link to this post an everything. Oh well, I've tried mailing them again, this time trying to be as clear as possible about what the problem is. Haven't seen this problem in any other mangas on here, seems to be SnK only. Odd to say the least.

The support company they use is terrible... I have to describe any problem multiple times, and sometimes the replies will address an entirely different problem. But this is a company that had the app showing a broken JPG tile as the logo for Attack on Titan for like a year. It was just fixed. They are clearly unwilling or unable to fix technical issues, or the poor quality of support prevents them from getting any actual issue reports.

I got this reply:

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. This is kind of a strange issue, so I'm going to notify our manga team and see if we can get this sorted out. Thank you for finding this, and let us know if you run into any further problems and we can get those to the developers.

Fingers crossed.

Please. They already know it's an issue because it has been complained about and fixed so many times. They just refuse to actually care about it before putting up the chapter. The issue really needs to be brought up to the manager/director of the division because whoever is in charge of putting up the chapters obviously does not care.

Has it really been fixed before? I didn't notice the issue until chapter 89-90 and onwards, and they sure as hell haven't bothered to fix those. Guess I'll try complaining again.

It has. I have complained several times and they usually get fixed. It just should not happen in the first place though.

That said, the double spread of pages 21+22 in chapter 95 are in the wrong order.

FIX THIS.

Chapter 96, same thing. Attack on Titan is the biggest manga in years, surely the most popular on Crunchyroll. You would think it merits at least a modicum of attention on a recurring problem.

I don't even think the support staff looks at this forum. I rarely ever seen them post replies on here! Their manga service has some major problems and I feel like those problems constantly get neglected.

No, I don't think they read this forum. I just wrote to customer support directly again. If they don't fix this, I'm not planning to continue paying them for a shit product. I'll just buy the volumes when they get released and read the newly released chapters elsewhere.

Still nothing back from support, and Chapter 96 still has pages out of order.
