By far the worst experience I've ever had with customer service. I had signed up
For the premium service on my Xbox one back in 2015 and decided to cancel in June 2015. However, the account on my Xbox differed from my account online and I could not find a way to figure out how to figure out what account was linked to my Xbox to cancel. I contacted customer service in June 2015 to get it resolved which was not done until finally January 2016. About two months ago, I noticed they crunchy roll was still charging me all this time so I contacted the customer service once again to get it resolved. I received an email saying they would expedite my email but did not receive a response at all. After almost two months and some having to send multiple emails, they finally responded. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever and horrible app on the Xbox platform. I am so frustrated and furious with this company that I had to call my bank to finally block them. Ridiculous.

As far as I can tell you are receiving replies from one of my colleagues. Are you not receiving them?
Recurring charges cannot be blocked by the bank. You can contest individual charges and have them charged back, but you will not be able to get rid of a recurring charge, as banks will automatically and unasked for forward charges to your account, even if you replace your card.
