I just started my Crunchyroll account and haven't encountered many problems besides some loading errors and other minor stuff. The thing is, when I searched for some specific shows it says that they're not available in my country. I live in Mexico and I'm paying my membership in Mexican pesos, so maybe that's the problem? If that's the case, will those shows be available in my country soon/ever?

Some shows are not available in some countries. This is because of licensing issues. You can't do anything about it aside from hoping one day you'll be able to watch it in your country.

Don't google your shows, better use /videos/anime/alpha?group=all to find out what show's are available in your region.

Mexico de facto has pretty much parity with our US line-up for the past couple of years, except for shows licensed through other US publishers. This includes 2-3 current shows, and most of the catalog being added through that route.
