I'm from the generation who saw this show growing up, along with Captain Scarlet and UFO.
I think it's amazing how they have based all the CGI on the original hand made models. The textures really give the show a solidness that other CGI sometimes lacks. For a half hour show they pack so much story in and none of the good guys need to kill bad guys with guns. It's mostly about the rescues in the nick of time.

Yeah but unlike the old series most hate that this one sold out as a comedy and is trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Sad really .

i love thunderbirds im from the uk and i remember watching reruns of it along with captain scarlet as a kid in the late 90s my late dad was a huge fan of the shows he grew up during the 60s when they originally came on i use to watch them with him on tv and his videos, i tried to watch the new cgi thunderbirds series and nope im sorry it's awful it's just missing something that made the original so special and they have messed it up with the hood and things and the whole thing with their dad missing like it makes no sense
