I recently resubscribed and unfortunately every time I try to access most shows I get a BS error stating that I should check my network.

Some notes about this issue:
- I get this error on iOS, Android, PS4, and Xbox one so it is not a device specific issue.
- Videos work on PC, but that is useless to me.
- This happens every day all times of the day, not just on weekends or at night.
- I am a premium member.
- I have a very stable Gigabit speed cable connection capable of streaming 4K, so forget about blaming my network or internet.

After reading this forum I see that these sorts of issues are very common and that fixes are not forthcoming. So I would like to know if this can be fixed? If not how do I go about getting a refund?

Can you check in your network monitor where you are receiving your data from when you play video?

I believe the app is using 52.40.62.116 which comes up as a US AWS address.

Nope I regularly use everything from Spottily through Netflix to Amazon Prime without any issues.

It seems like getting a refund from you guys is impossible which really makes me feel like your entire "service" is some kind of con game. I have canceled my membership and reported you to the BBB, thanks for nothing.
