If you didn't know what happened at the Fyre "festival", read about it here.
To be honest I find it funny how these upper class guys paid $12,000 to basically go to a labour camp on a random island. The memes have been pretty good too.
What y'all think?

Disaster? I was expecting something worst based on that picture. Rampant diseases. The breakdown of social order. This is hilarious though.

Well, at least it wasn't Altamont....

But does sort of show how you just can't make Woodstock happen again, no matter how corporately you rock-star market it--
Back then, it was just part of the hippie movement to accept the mud, crowding and porta-potties.

This is exactly what I expected I was like what I thought that would be on the news but nope turns out someone complaining about un-toasted bread on sandwiches (which is normal to me) to call it a disaster is hilarious.

It seems more like a type of scam if anything, a case of too good to be true. Though instead of feeling some pity due to the elderly being swindled out of their life savings, most of these young millennials have too much money to burn for the purpose of rampant sexual activity, which I find somewhat hilarious. Perhaps I am being callous.

Some people have no self restraint and are too willing to be close to the dreams they imagine for their own good I'm kind of glad they got stung eventually but they could make better complaints than the sandwiches, litter, mud and portable toilets god forbid they actually have to live a normal life or there would be nothing but complaints...

They probably thought, "Hey! Let's throw a party and invite the world!" Then it was like, "Oh! Shit! The world showed up!!"
