I have noticed lately in my watch list, that there are episodes of shows I have not watched. Even newly updated shows that I keep in my queue will list as having been watched already....Does this mean my account has been hacked?

Most likely, yes. Change your password right away and visit the devices page to remove any that aren't yours: /acct/?action=devices

You should also visit other sites where you have used the same id and password and change them all to have different passwords. Look into a password manager like Last Pass, for example...

According to haveibeenpwned.com you had your password stolen twice in recent times in breaches of major websites. You should change your password for everything you use online, while making sure not to use the same password more than once.

Hi,

Occam's Razor here. I noticed that on the PS4 I was inadvertently pushing the button that subscribed to episodes as I was scanning through shows.

Just a thought.

But, yeah, if you've been pwned, change your password.

Also, as an IT professional, I'm required to say: USE UNIQUE PASSWORDS ON EVERY SITE!!!
