Yuki enters the room and looks around to see who was in the room, "attention fellow members, I have something to discuss with you, and I'd like your opinion on the matter." Yuki then goes to where his seat is and sits down, he then glances to each of the members that were in the room.

Lia looked up when she saw the Yuki come in and moved to her usual seat. She took out her pen and notebook as the he sat down on his seat. She waited patiently looking around while he got everyone's attention. "oh? I wonder what this is about...."

Rickie silently entered the room and secured his seat at the table. As the other members of the council gathered, he began to count the remaining funds he had gathered for the day. Of course, he planned to give attention to the meeting, but money in a way always came first. Regardless, he'd already spoken with Yuki on the matter.

Daphne had just begun to understand Lucian's interesting plan when he started to scribble something down on a sheet of paper. She raised an eyebrow at the words on it and was about to whisper something to him when suddenly the President spoke. Daphne shifted and sat down in her seat beside Lia. She watched Yuki curiously, it must have had something to do with the organization. Probably the Thana issue he had discussed with her before. Daphne caught Rickie from the corner of her eye counting his money. She rolled her eyes. Did that kid ever do anything else other than count money? Well, she supposed he was the treasurer for a reason.

She folded her hands on top of her desk and waited for the President to speak.

Willow's gaze slid over to Yuki as he entered the room, and she eventually shifted herself around in her seat to face the President, as he was seated to her right. "Is this about the student who asked to assist us?" She questioned him in a calm tone, head tilted to the side. She had a feeling she was right, but wanted to ask to make sure anyway.

Hands in his pockets, Garnet stuck to his usual slouched, one-eye open manner of walking. Not only did it accentuate his general lazy and laid back demeanor, it tended to keep people from approaching him for no reason. After all, it was a 'weird' way of walking, in all honesty.

After talking to Astrid, he walked around the campus one more time before heading to the Council Room. Mostly just to say he hadn't seen anything strange, but he was actually surprised when he walked in when Yuki was making some announcement.

He rolled his eyes.

Garnet felt like a black sheep among the Student Council, solely because they all seemed so... 'Proper' while he was a borderline delinquent. He tended to avoid most of them, not to be rude but rather because he legitimately doubted they had anything in common. Still, if Yuki had something to say, he'd listen.

Arms folded, he leaned against the wall close to the door. That way he could just leave after the president said whatever it was he had to say. Again, he didn't have anything against him. He just didn't see the point in potentially wasting his time with a conversation that would probably be awkward and not go anywhere.

"Earlier I had a conversation with a student by the name of Thana, she seemed to want to be part of helping investigate the issue of the missing students, I told her I would have to see what you all felt on the matter before giving her a straight answer." Yuki stated as he continued looking at the members there, waiting on what their reaction would be

"There's really no point in getting random students involved in this." Garnet was the first to speak up. "If she wants to help, she can keep her eyes open and report anything suspicious to us. Unless you all decide you want to vote her onto the Council, but then you have to consider the fact she could also be among the culprits. Could just be a ploy to find out what we know and manipulate what we know." He shrugged, still leaning against the wall.

"We could always watch her for a few days, and if she seems on the up and up, we let her assist - to a small degree. At least until we have reason to trust her beyond the benefit of a doubt."

Lia nodded and listened to what Garnet was saying.. "hmm... I would have to agree with Garnet, sure it would be useful to have outside help, but at this moment it's difficult to pinpoint who to trust. she thought for a while.... "but I wouldn't be so against her helping out just to a certain extent until we know what her intentions are." she stated and waited for everyone else's response on the matter.

Following along, Lucian remained quiet. He has already voiced how he thinks this situation should be handled. However, seeing as the president was not in the room at the time, perhaps he will bring the proposal up to him at another time. For now, he simply followed along with the planing being discussed by several other members of the council while idly spinning a pen with his right hand.

"I already said this to the President, but I suggest we look into her. School Records, Talents, any important life experiences. All check, all detailed. Whether we can trust or not, it's good to see, right?" Rickie suggested as he finally set down the stack of money he held. "Though, looking into such details past Student Records may be troublesome...At the end of the day, we're all just students. But we'll likely need to get our hands dirty at some point."

Russel fidgetted uncomfortably in his seat. The boy did not seem too vocal when it came to the matter at hand. After all, he didn't except to join the Student Council during such tense times. A simple look at the boy could easily tell anyone that he wanted no part anything involving this rumored group.

Willow gave off a small sigh-- one that was obviously her attempting to get rid of the churning feeling that was growing in the pit of her stomach.
"Maybe we can allow her to help in small ways, but still keep her in the dark a bit. No one should tell her anything important-- like any kind of leads we possibly have on the group, and we definitely shouldn't take every word she tells us for granted unless we have had council from another one of us. I think it's very important that we all remain very close with one another," the brunette responded, using her index finger to point around the room at each of the individuals.

"I personally think we should see what the girl can do, she's gonna end up in danger even if we tell her no, that way we can keep an eye on her and see what she can do." Yuki replies stating his own opinion, "course I'm not saying we should have her get into any fights." He drums his fingers along his desk, "are there any other matters that need to be brought up though, now would be a good time to do so."

Daphne listened to her fellow council members discussion, noting that the consensus was to test Thana and make sure her intentions were pure. The wary attitude was reasonable, considering their situation. They didn't have much to go off of to know who was trustworthy and who wasn't. She gulped. What if even among them, the council members, there was someone from the organization....? She shook her head quickly to evaporate those negative thoughts.

When the President opened the floor for extra discussions, Daphne decided this was her chance.

"Speaking of leads, Yuki," she began, rolling off of what Willow had mentioned, "I think we should have an investigation sometime soon of the one we have in the town."

Daphne turned in her chair to the rest of the council members to fill the in the ones who didn't know of the details. "One day when I was in town gathering supplies for the council, I felt fear coming from an alleyway with my Empathy. Then there was a scream, and a really intense white light appeared out of nowhere, then suddenly all the feelings I felt coming from the person in the alley just...disappeared."

"Almost like they disappeared." She shifted uncomfortably in her seat. "I think it might have been someone's soul being taken. We can't be sure what it is, but I feel like this may be a good place to start investigating."

"If you want to give her a chance, knock yourself out. I'll keep my ears to the ground and see if any of the students know anything about her." Garnet shrugged, shifting on his feet as he listened to Daphne's story. "Oh, great, throwing down with Soul Stealers. My favorite pastime." He commented dryly, shaking his head.

"Did you go into the alley and check out the body, at least? Was there still a body?" He inquired, wanting to have as much information as possible. It wasn't his intention to drill her or come off as harsh, but he took this seriously. Any and all information would help. "How long ago was this? If we can get a date, we can check for any missing person's reports made after or around that time, and then look into each one of them. At this point, it's the only lead we have."
