Welcome to New Town! This is a hot spot for students from GIT to hang out after hours or on Saturdays and Sundays. If you're caught out after curfew you will be punished. If you're not caught, you'll have to find a way to sneak back into the school.

Shopping was nothing more than a chore in her eyes. Just a waste of time buying things that would end up meaning nothing later in life.
Well... things that weren't food, obviously, as she was very aware that food was necessary for human survival. But that wasn't she was here for at the moment, unfortunately. Her mother stood in front of her, babbling on and on about something Willow didn't care to listen to-- it was probably something about some family she met who had a nice son for Willow to marry, blah, blah, blah...
The teen's crimson red pools slowly shifted away from her mother's back, and she only glanced back to make sure the woman wasn't paying attention to her as she slowly began to veer to the left.
Twenty minutes later, the teen was wandering around the town with her arms full of bags holding all types of "fancy" clothing.
How useless.

Making his way around town, Rickie openly had been counting cash from his most recent Contractor Collection. "This still isn't quite enough," Muttered the teen as he struggled in his mind to think of both the things that his family needed this month and the budget for the school that needed some help as of late. If things kept up like this, he may have to make even more contracts soon... In the midsts of his worried thoughts, he caught the sight of her.
"Of course!" Let out Rickie, feeling as if he cracked the solution to his budgeting issue. After all, he was sure that the Vice President wouldn't mind helping out the 'school budget' a little bit. So, Rickie began to make his move...
"Fancy seeing you here. I never quite see you outside of our normal meetings," Rickie remarked as he slid up to Willow rather nonchalantly. It was true, Rickie never really bothered to annoy- or rather know the other members of the student council. Instead, he remained absorbed in the school budget

The girl was silent as Rickie slid up to her, and she didn't even really give him a glance until eventually letting out the smallest of sighs after glancing downwards at the watch on her wrist.
"There is something you want, yes?" She questioned gently, finally deciding to rest her gaze upon him.
Rickie wasn't normally one to talk to her like this-- like they had spoken plenty of times before. All the other times she had spoken to him, they had been in a meeting and were talking about Student Council related things where only a few words had been exchanged between them.
She adjusted one of the bags hanging off her arms, grumbling something under her breath about "stupid jackets".

"How rude! Can't I simply make conversation with one of my fellow council members?" Rickie replied in a taken aback tone. His statement did not change the fact that Willow was absolutely right about her claim. But Rickie wasn't just going to ask for the money out right. He had to work into it as gently as possible.
"Um...You seem like you're struggling there. Need some help, princess?" Rickie pointed out, calling her by a nickname he brought out every now and again during meetings. Everyone in the student council had a nickname assigned him and all for good reasons...Or just because he couldn't really remember all their names at first, but that didn't matter

One of her crimson eyes twitched in mild irritation once she heard the nickname leave his lips, but she didn't dare say a word against it. He'd just continue using it anyway. She was sure of that.
"Thank you, but I'm fine, Rickie," she responded once he pointed out her current struggle with the bags of clothing... the current struggle she happened to be losing.
"Do you even know my actual name?" She suddenly asked him, only sparing him a quick glance before returning her attention to the store that happened to be nearest her so she could check if it was possibly a candy store of some sort. Surprisingly, the vice president had a very, very, big sweet tooth.

"um....Widow was it?" Rickie replied seeming to give it an honest to god try. Of course, he failed rather horribly, but that wasn't something he was going to delay on much longer. He saw his opportunity, so he was going to take it.
"Candy, huh? So even a girl like you has a sweet tooth," Remarked Rickie. It was a simple plan really. Get her to buy candy with Fool's Gold and the rest would be rather easy money. Well...Depending on how much of she was going to buy. Surely, it wouldn't be much.

Willow sighed, shaking her head with what seemed to be nothing but disappointment. They'd been on the council for how long now, and he didn't even know her actual name?
"Close enough," she grumbled under her breath just as she reached her hand out to pull the candy store's glass door wide open to allow her entry. She would just buy a few things then be on her way before her mother decided to actually try to find her.
This would, most likely, end up being the first place the woman ended up checking.
"Mind telling me what you meant by "a girl like me"?" She asked, fingers stalling over the handle of the door while her gaze quickly fell upon her current companion.
It was very hard to read her expression.

"Well, you don't really talk much, princess. You're quiet, unsocial, kinda cold- Anyways, what I mean is you don't seem like the sweets kinda type," Explained the treasurer, not exactly choosing the best words to explain himself. While he was good a managing money, managing talking to people without pissing them off in some way was something he hadn't been all quite that good at. His social skills were undoubtably flawed.

Her hand slowly moved away from the door and she turned her body to fully face the boy standing at her side. Her expression was still unreadable as she slowly blinked at him, as if she happened to be confused by what it was he was saying to her in that moment.
"You're very bad at explaining yourself," Willow finally let out along with a long exhale.
She may have been cold, but she actually had the patience of a saint.

"An-y-way! Why don't we buy some candy? All on me. Consider it an apology for not remembering your name, princess," Rickie proposed, wanting to get back on track with his plan.

The brunette blinked her dark, crimson eyes at him slowly, as if she were currently taking her time in processing what it was he way saying to her. Eventually, she seemed to snap out of it and shook her head at him while taking a step back from the glass door leading into the candy shop.
"Thanks, but no thanks, Rickie," Willow responded with a sweet, serene smile and tossed one of her long, brunette pigtails over her shoulder. "If I were to eat some candy now, I would surely spoil my dinner, don't you think?"
Just like that, she continued on her way down the street.
She had a feeling he was up to no good.

Rickie let out an annoyed sigh from the response Willow gave him. "Such a line would only be said by a spoiled princess," He remarked in somewhat annoyance. The fact she would so easily deny something free and that she definitely wanted, bothered him. When he was younger, he would jump on something like that in a heartbeat.
"Don't you have better things to do than clothes shopping?" Rickie then commented, changing the subject at hand.

ASHE (ICHIJOJI YUUMA) - FREE TO QUOTE
After shedding away his school uniform at the dorms, Ashe ventured out of the school grounds and arrived in New Town. It wasn't his first time around, he knew his way around the main streets and the back alleyways from wandering around aimlessly. He didn't particularly dislike the town, but he didn't like it either.

After scurrying down a main street, he turned to an alleyway and ventured forward into it. His right hand reached for his back pocket and took out a packet of cigarettes and a lighter. Walking into the darker area, he lit up a cigarette after placing it between his lips. He inhaled deeply and exhaled slowly, feeling his head clear up a bit from his inner chaos.

He wasn't allowed to smoke on the school grounds. Simple enough, but Ashe was a bit thick headed. He gave in once the Student Council was on his back all the time. His clothes always smelled of smoke and they caught him every single time after they found out, taking away every pack he was caught with. Due to expenses and how irritated it got him, he resorted to smoking in town-- preferably the alleyways so that he wouldn't be interrupted or spotted. It wasn't a good idea to be on the Student Council's radar, after all, he was with them.

Alice

Alice was walking around town after eating full meal. She ignored everyone around and kept to herself. "Filthy. This world is filled with filthy people. they all just need to disappear " She sighed and made her way down an alley so she was away from people. She stumbled upon a person smoking and she paused briefly. "hmm.....he looks vaguely familiar."
