Hi Forums!

I've been using the Crunchyroll app on Wii U and it suddenly stopped working. When I start the app, it states, "Unable to connect to Crunchyroll servers. Please check your Internet connection. If problem persists, please go to Crunchyroll.com/help for help."

What I've tried so far:
Close the app and reopen
Go into system settings and ran the check my internet connection - it passes
Deleted Crunchyroll and re downloaded the app and the update.

All of the above things still give me the same exact message.

Tried watching Crunchyroll on my phone and it works.

Anybody else getting this on the Wii U? Is it no longer supported?

I've been having issues connecting on PC all day. It might just be something weird about Crunchy's servers. They always seem to have issues on the weekends.

I'm getting this same error too. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Tried deleting the user related files from the console. The files are all saved directly to my console and not the external hard drive. I can get it to load and play on my PS4 and personal computer but Crunchyroll just runs best for me with my TV on my Wii U. When I first went to try Crunchyroll on my personal computer after it failed on my Wii U, the app had me install the latest version of adobe flash player. I wonder if that has something to do with it.

Yes, I've had same problem, and attempted the same solutions. I read that they no longer support Wii, but that's to be expected. However, I can't find any official news of Crunchyroll not supporting the Wii U, specifically. I guess I'll watch on my computer, alone, but this is rather inconvenient.
