Hello,

First off I love CR and have been a paid subscriber! Starting just over a month ago I began having trouble with CR loading and responding to me. I use a Windows PC for viewing and use Google Chrome for my web browser. Everything has been very slow. Other streaming sites like Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix are not having issues, so I don't believe it's my computer or internet connection.

The two most common errors that pop up are the DDOS warnings and the web server is returning an unknown error.

It's getting a little frustrating so I hope you can work this out. I do like that some of the error screens that pop up are at least a bit humorous with the shinobi working to fix the problem.

I've had the shinobi error a few times already is this a long running issue?

Same here, before it was fast and now like super slow for some reason, I am watching crunchyroll from my chromecast to tv btw.

Same issue here using windows 10, Chrome and from the UK.

Shinobi Errors, Slow site loading & episode switching. However once the video starts there doesn't seem to be an issue.

Is this a cloudfire issue?

Mine's just been lagging horrendously, it was perfectly fine when I first started out on this website. Not only that but the CR Forums seems to be getting a ton of errors for me.

Exactly the same for me with the single exception being I'm using Windows 8.

Episodes play fine but site is slow loading pages and there are shinobi errors that seem to be connected to Cloudflare

CR should join FUNI and try to have SONY take both instead of Elation / ATT&T

Once a video loads it mostly plays well. I might have a stutter at some point.

I knew it wasn't just me after reading the forums. I do certainly understand that Cloudfare may or may not be at fault, but their DDOS protection is essential if Crunchyroll wants to stay online.

I am just hoping they fix it.
