Hello...I'll get right to it...So I wanted to read some manga while going for a walk, however I tried to log in and I guess I forgot my password because no matter what I did, I could not get the app to log me in. IT kept telling me some sort of weird COCOA ERROR?! Then I decided I would just reset my password altogether to see if that would help. IT DID NOT! I was met with countless errors after I retrieved the reset link from my email, typed in my new password...every time I tried to submit my new password it would give me an error page! OR it tried to tell me a 9 character password wasn't long enough?!?!? What is going on?! I finally got this stupid thing to accept a ridiculously LONG password and thinking that my PS3 would not allow me to log in with my old password anymore I was NOT impressed to see that crunchyroll still allowed my account to be logged in with my old unsafe password and yet still logs me in with my new password. What nonsense is that? Poor programming. I don't know what is going on but I am a pretty new member to crunchyroll I am going on my second month here and I have not veen very impressed. Many times I encounter errors and have to reload my apps and now I can't even get ON TO MY crunchyroll manga app AT ALL!

Also!!! EVERY WEEKEND ON SATURDAY I CANNOT WATCH my crunchyroll account because it constantly
Says server error and to check my network and doesn't let me watch a thing! IT's AWFUL! It is a bunch of poopie because my Internet is totally fine and everything else works great that ISNT crunchyroll...as in...I have no problem with my Netflix! For a paid service you guys seriously need to fix this so that your service is accessible EVERY DAY. Otherwise, what are your loyal customers so diligently paying for? It's extremely unfair. Half, please fix this. I am very unhappy, I would like to be able to just relax and read my manga or watch my anime after I am tired and had a long day I should NOT have to come be further stressed out with a sleugh of problems from a paid service being unreliable. It's frankly, not fair.

So pleaSe, please tell me what needs to be done for my manga app to work and stop giving me these errors over and over? And yes, my connection is perfectly good. All my
Other apps work online right now!

(As far as the other issues, I would greatly appreciate it if you guys would make sure that everyone's service works properly for the weekend, if it's due to a lack of server space, get another server! We are paying you! Or stop letting people watch stuff for free so we can have the bandwidth to watch stuff like us paying customers deserve!)

Grrr. Sigh.

Ok NOT HAPPY! My brother went to try logging in on his ps4 and he said that it still lets him log in with the old
Password.


This is a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE! People could easily steal accounts if both old and new passwords still work! PLEASE FIX THIS SECURITY RISK asap!!!!

MY ACCOUNT SHOULD NOT BE accessible with my
Old saved passwords and then the new password too! This is serious! VERY unsafe!

Did he actually type the password, or is his PS4 still active in your My Devices list: /acct/?action=devices?

It's still active...so does this mean that any device that's connected even if the password has been changed can still connect until it is noticed? That doesn't seem very safe. When passwords are changed shouldn't all devices be logged out and required to put the new password in? I am sorry for being so cranky yesterday but man I was getting frustrated with all these problems over a service that I pay for isn't doing what I pay it for...I mean, I wanted to post the problems about crunchyroll not working every saturday and sometimes sundays the first week I joined but kept it bottled up until I fibally unloaded when I could no longer get onto the manga app. Sighhhh.

That page is there so that you can manually remove device access individually... That is the safeguard.

Wow...lol...I actually got an error just trying to reply to this forum just now. It said: error in form, no name given! ....what the heck? Makes no sense! Is there any aspect of this service that isn't buggy? Are improvements and the bugs being worked on? Because I see people all over these forums going through the same problems as me and have done so for months....

That seems to be an issue with Cloudflare, as I'll see that as well if they need to validate me as human. Going back and re-submitting usually works for me.
