Im a customer for 4 years now, bought many figures from you without any problem then this year my credit card expired so i got a new one with the same number two months ago, today i saw that you have the Luffy Gear 4 figure so i went to your store and tried to update my credit card information but the result was always an error, i saw many people here complain about the same problem im having and after reading many comments i found out that the only way for the site to accept the new credit card is to open a new account. so i opened a new account and the site accepted my new credit card and i pre ordered the luffy figure, then to my surprise my pre order got canceled after two hours and the order status now is Refunded, i didnt get any email or any reason for canceling my order, this is not how you treat your customers Crunchyroll, im a busy man and i dont have the time to stress myself over a figure. so i just wanted to tell you that you win, i will stop ordering anything from you if you didnt fix this or at least tell me a good reason to why my order got canceled.

Did you try to order to a country that we do not ship to? Or maybe you used a forwarding service?

Yes thats right. im from saudi arabia and i ship anything i buy from US stores to my US address provided to me by a forwarding service, also all the figures i bought from you from my older account was shipped to the same address, so did the rules change?
