A lot of things called 'Dakota' have seepage at some point in their lives.

"caught and disposed of" is a little of a understatement in my opinion . A pump failed which caused it to leak, the leak was contained inside the fall back designs of system where it leak. The fact that it had an issue, but by design the damage was limited is a positive note in my book. But doesn't mean a bigger issue can happen in the future.

Ya know before the pipeline it was being moved by rail. The same amount of oil and trains don't have backup systems.

people on either side could I suppose... and both would be right.
You see? There was a leak. Told you it was a bad idea. The protesters were right
There was a leak, but it was contained no harm was done. The protesters were wrong.
