I tried uninstalling/reinstalling. I tried deactivating the device. Nothing has worked.

I have been getting this same message on my Xbox 1 and have tried uninstalling/reinstalling as well as reducing my queue. It will work when it wants to but I can't even watch on a different device, every device says needs flash player update but when I click the link every device is not supported needs fixed now.

It's not your machine or the app it's Crunchyroll's infrastructure that is the problem. They've continued to expand their subscriber base for years without investing in their infrastructure now they can't handle the server load. They're completely behind on updating their service so these issues are most likely going to continue for months until they can completely overhaul their systems.

I'm in the same boat. More often than not I'm unable to access the service for days on end.

Yeah this is getting pretty bad. I'm going to cancel my premium membership at the end of the month. Here I was thinking about doing a yearly membership. Now it doesn't work on my Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, Surface Pro 3, Xbox, Roku. I thought the 10 minute load times on the Roku would have been fixed after months of happening, but no. And now I can't even use my AppleTV.... considered Premium cancelled.

I am having the same problem. And it won't work on any device even when I come to the website it isn't working. Has anybody found a solution for this yet

I have had this issue a few times here and there. I usually just give up and watch it on my laptop but its nice to have it on my tv without running an hdmi cable across my room *sigh* hope they fix this soon :/

Xbox, Android, iOS and apple TV.. non of the apps have worked for me tonight over an extended period of trying.. always the same on certain days and times.

After emailing crunchyroll suport and 4 hours later finally its back up and running. If this issue continues to happen i will cancel my subscription its irritating and not worth the headache.

Same problem here with me Xbox one, I will cancel my subscription because in my Xbox is the only way to look crunchy roll in my house, this really sucks

I will not be renewing my sub unless this issue is resolved because i am sick and tired of getting this error message anytime i want to watch anime.
