At this point Crunchyroll is pretty much stealing my subscription fee. More often than not I'm completely unable to connect through their Xbox App. I try to access my the app over the course of several hours without any luck and looking on the forums this seems to be the rule and not the exception. Looking at the multiple post concerning these issues I see little to no response from Crunchyroll's staff at what's being done to either rectify the issues or to compensate customers who are paying for a service they cannot use. What little is being said is vague to the point of uselessness. "We're working on fixing the issues" means nothing in the face of weeks of the service being unusable. I have several other streaming services including Netflix, Amazon and Hulu and I've never had any issues connecting or streaming content through them.

If it were not for the simulcast series I'm already invested in I would have dropped the service weeks ago. At this point unless I see a dramatic improvement in service once spring season end I'll be dropping Crunchyroll altogether and investing my money in Anime Strike. I've loved Crunchyroll for years but I won't continue to throw my money away for a service that doesn't work when other companies that know how to run a streaming service are perfectly capable and willing to fill the void.
