I can't find a help or support board anywhere.

I used to have premium through CR itself, but within the last month or two, I switched to VRV for my premium, but I still like to watch anime on Crunchyroll itself because that's where all my tracked progress on episodes is.
My account has been fine until this week. It's apparently a "normal" account but checking on VRV, it says my account is good until the 29th (next bill due 05/29/2017).

What gives? Where do I contact someone to get this resolved, as I'm pretty sure if I tried watching through VRV, I wouldn't be able to because my CR account is listed as free, and YRY see's it as premium.

I've moved this to the Site Support / Minor Questions forum (you can find this listed under the "Help" category on the main forum page, but you need to click the little triangle to expand the help section to see the individual forums there.

I see someone did give you the Crunchyroll customer support contact link. Hopefully they can get it sorted out for you.

If VRV is still showing you as premium you should still be able to watch there, while the CR premium issue gets worked out.

At least, your account still showed up.
I logged in this morning to my account being "not found" despite the recurring charges. All of my queue is gone, but hopefully I can just get my premium status back without trouble. I was wondering about the whole VRV thing. It seems to be causing issues with cross-platform subscription. It seems like a cool concept. Did they ever get back to you on this?
