After spending the last hour trying to upgrade my account to premium now that the free trial period is done, i've found that there is no way for me to do so. Any link on crunchyrolls sites routes me to a page asking me to start my free trial, where if I input credit card information I am just told that I have already used my free trial. I'm never directed to an actual payment screen, nor do I see the option anywhere. This seems like an extreme flaw for a site like this to have. A potential customer should not have to hunt for the option to pay for a service.
I've gotta say this is just pretty ridiculous, I shouldn't have to make a new account with a separate credit card just because a teenager designed this website.
Clicking "Upgrade Account" on the membership status page should take me to a payment page, not the free trial page that endlessly rejects me.

That's great and all, but I already found one of the duplicate threads just like mine. This problems been around for too long, no paying customer should have to dredge the forums to figure out how to subscribe.

Well, when you aren't premium, or if you log out, and then go to the Premium comparison page (which is linked on the bottom of every CR page), the links are there, but the big "Trial" buttons above them kind of draw your attention away from the actual links you need, so you might not notice them unless you specifically know what to look for. I do agree that the text for those links isn't explanatory (or prominent) enough, it should say something more along the lines of "Re-subscribe/Skip the free trial" instead of what it does say, and all three options (Trial, Skip, Gift) should all have buttons (or none of them should...)
