Since when is the Netherlands counted as part of the Nordics? What the hell are you guys smoking?

Licensing for the Netherlands is very similar to the licensing for the Nordics. They go down as English-speaking in the books of the most publishers, as there is *very* little licensing for their local language other than for mainstream media.

As a Dutch person I would rather have English subs than Dutch subs so I guess it is a good thing.

However much sense it makes to group them together, when it says "Nordics", most people do not assume that it includes the Netherlands.

So the question is less why the Netherlands is grouped with the Nordics, but rather why it says "Nordics" if Crunchyroll means "Nordics & the Netherlands".

Oh hey, I almost missed this. Good thing it's still on the front page.

I mentioned this in the survey as well, but right now I think it would be really cool if Crunchyroll could get more Funimation titles in more countries. It's especially hard to recommend Crunchyroll to people getting into anime when titles like Attack on Titan (S1), Steins;Gate and FMA Brotherhood (though I believe that one isn't Funi anymore) aren't available. The recent addition of various Funimation titles for the US and some other countries makes it especially tough not to get a little disappointed.

Catalogue titles from Aniplex would be cool as well, since they disappear from Daisuki after a certain period.

That said, I also think it's important to say I appreciate all the (close to) worldwide licenses CR has been getting. Since I mainly watch shows as they air, the amount of titles I can't watch has been pretty small.

Was pleased to find a survey directed at us up here. Great Crunchy. I hope you can streamline your releases so we can get the same releases that folks in the U S of A get.

BTW, now that you were asking, I set you the mission impossible of liberating Macross and Yamato of the licensing hells they are in If you pull that one off, charge me double!!

I would just like to pitch in that I'd be willing to pay more to get more licensed shows. After Crunchyroll I don't ever wanna go back to ... unjust ways of watching anime. Your price point is already really low. And, if you don't want to increase that, make certain high-price series part of a "Crunchyroll Premium Plus Pro 6+ S"-program or something. That way you'd retain availability too.
