When you are fixing your plate with food, do you use large portions or small portions? Which do you normally use the most?

Bonus Questions:

1. Are you a fast eater or a slow eater?

2. Do you drink your beverage in between your meal or after you finished eating?

Larger in the morning and noon, smol in the evening.

I think I tend to eat on the faster side most of the time, and I usually drink during the meal.

Small and fruit or protein heavy throughout the day. No breakfast. Lunch and dinner only and can't be cooked with oil or grease.. Also no drinks with sugar or alcohol all day.

I tend to eat largish portions, largely due to my hyper drive speed metabolism. It's not easy keeping my body in a healthy weight range. The sheer amount of calories I have to consume is actually tedious to say the least. Especially considering I am a super taster.

I tend to eat smaller portions throughout the day. And i watch my calories so i stay around the same weight.

I always eat way more than I need to get full. I almost always regret it almost instantly too, not because I'd get fat, which I seem to be immune to, but because the feeling of being way too full is not exactly pleasant.

I tend to almost always drink after food also. Not sure why.

I'm a short girl 5 ft 1 in tall, maybe a little chubby and needing to lose that lol, so yeah, smaller portions for me.

On the larger side I'm always active so burn right through it.Tend to be a quick eater.

Other days, smaller.

Depends on wind velocity. If my ears start flapping that suggests I should eat more so density might increase per square inch of exposed surface area and I won't be transplanted to another municipality or outer region without my consent again. A person can only reside in tunnels during certain times of the year: in between freight train movements (to & fro), in between rattlesnake hibernations (ouch).
