On /the-rolling-girls it says "Due to materials issues, The Rolling Girls will launch next week (6/1) at 7pm." so you should probably edit the OP to reflect this.

They did so, and apparently brought in a pinch hitter in the form of Hyperdimension Neptunia.

Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 was responsible for getting me deep into anime when I bought a discounted box set at Media Play on a whim. Happy to see it isn't wholly forgotten.

Guys, thank you very much for adding more Gundam to the library, it's the main thing I've subbed for and I couldn't be more excited for this one after how good Unicorn, 00, IBO and Wing have been.

i only watched a couple episodes, but did anyone else notice that a lot of the video for gundam seed is zoomed in? like legs missing or top of the head missing and what not.

i watched it a while ago but rewatching it something felt a little off and found a old episode online and played it side by side could see a difference.

still watchable, just something that bugged me a little.

My favorite Gundam Series! So much of what's in Gundam Seed is relevant in today's world.

Seed... eh... kinda but not really. We aren't exactly making genetically altered clones of people to use as soldiers or anything like that yet. Actually, more I think about it the less I agree about Seed having any similarities to today's issues yet. There is one, but that one thing is pretty much universal in the Gundam series. That is Tolerance of others. (I think... )

00 Gundam however. Totally. Holy and Energy wars in the middle east and everything.

Is there a reason why I don't get some of these shows on my PS3?

Awesome, so many new titles that aren't available in my region!

Guess who just cancelled his subscription renewal?
I'm fed up with this, really. If you want my money, give me something worth spending it on.

None of these are new titles.

On the one hand, if the series that Crunchyroll delivers to your country aren't enough to justify your subscription, obviously you shouldn't subscribe. After all, that's why I'm not subscribed right now, after being subscribed continuously from 2009 to early this year. There just isn't enough stuff for Beijing to justify the subscription price.

On the other hand, mid-season catalog title announcements for other countries don't change the amount of content you have.

Reacting to a mid-season catalog title announcement as if there has been a drop in the content you get is a bit silly. You are announcing that you are punishing one of the few streaming sites trying to get content for your country because other licensors, years ago, did bid for the rights to your country when they bid for the rights to these series.

They are new on Crunchyroll. If they weren't, there would be no need for an announcement, or did I misunderstand something? In that case, Crunchyroll is still at fault for not handling communications properly.

I feel like Crunchyroll is very bad at communication in general. I mean, what's up with the manga reader? Is it dead? Is it being worked on?
Am I seriously expected to keep paying and not even know where my money goes?

And that's precisely the problem.
If I don't want the amount of content to change, I'd buy DVDs or Blurays. I am subscribing specifically because I expect new shows, which aren't coming.

Reacting to a mid-season catalog title announcement as if there has been a drop in the content you get is a bit silly.

First of all, I don't see why announcing my dissatisfaction mid-season or off-season would change anything about the fact that I am dissatisfied.
Secondly, I am not sure why you presume I am acting like I suddenly lost access to previous shows.
What part of "new titles that aren't available in my region" and "give me something worth spending [my money] on" looked like "I have now less shows to watch"?

No, I am announcing that the subscription I pay for is no longer worth the money, because I feel like most of the new titles coming to Crunchyroll aren't available in my region.
Just because I chose to do so mid-season doesn't make my reason to unsubscribe any less justified than yours, or is it?
And it doesn't matter what Crunchyroll tries or not. I pay Crunchyroll for showing me what I want to see, not for trying. I may not be dirt poor, but I am certainly not wealthy enough to waste my money with something that doesn't even meet my requirements.

Besides, there are plenty of other reasons why I chose to unsubscribe. Those regional restrictions are just the icing on the cake.

- Poor communication.
I still don't know where my money goes. Only that half of it is spent on licenses for shows that I'm either not interested in, or aren't available in my region. Where does the other half go? A Manga Reader app that looks like it's been abandoned for years? Events that are only held in the US? An Anime Viewing app that won't let me watch No-Rin unless I change the app's language? Partnerships with other licensors, which doesn't benefit me in any way?

- Weird business plan.
Crunchyroll apparently has a manga shop. Seriously? Am I honestly spending $7 a month so I can buy manga? I can buy them on Amazon already, why would I buy them from Crunchyroll? If they have the money to waste competing against Goliath, they have money to acquire more licenses for my region, so why don't they do just that?

- Full of excuses.
For a long time I was wondering why I could add "No-Rin" to my queue, but not watch it. Windows, Windows Phone, Android, no matter which app I used, I was met with "This show is not available in your region", seriously? I eventually decided to contact support. Support told me to change my app's language to French or German. Apparently, No-Rin is one of the rare shows that aren't available in English. I asked them: "The browser player just falls back to another language automatically with the option to choose another language on the fly. Why can't the app do it?" They answered: "Just change your app's language, and we are better than Funimation!"
Is this seriously how you reply to a customer's reclamation?

Like I said: I am fed up with this.
On the bright side, my current subscription is ending in December. That's almost 7 months time to convince me I was wrong cancelling my subscription renewal. Considering what I've seen of Crunchyroll, however, I doubt 7 years would be enough.

Unless you live in Asia, you should be see a significant crop of titles every 3 months, as CR has gotten better at getting "worldwide outside of Asia" licenses for many simulcasts.

If you are unsubscribing because you don't feel what you are getting is worth the money, that is a perfectly valid reason.

If you are unsubscribing because people in other countries (e.g., the US and Canada) have access to a larger library, it is a bit short sighted. Ask yourself this: If CR wasn't available in your country, but a service that offered you the same titles as CR now offers you existed in your country, at a similar price, would you subscribe to it?

A lot of people seem to get satisfied with CR not because of the number of titles offered to them, but that someone else gets more. Unfortunately, this isn't a unique to CR, as you'll see the same thing with any multi-national video streaming service, and whether you can hope to see it to change in your lifetime depends on how young you are. (Certainly I don't expect to see in within mine, and I'm hoping I've got close to 20 years left).
