Since yesterday every video I watch suddenly stops playing around 15 to 20 minutes on every single episode of every single series I watch and it doesn't save the progress so I have to search for where I was at.

Only way to fix it is if I close chrome and reopen it then find the episode and try to find where it kicked me off, Anyone know of a fix?

I'm facing these issues too, following thread in hopes a solution is found.

Is there any way to contact CrunchyRoll directly? I've tried using it on two different devices and we've verified it's not our internet or consoles.

I'm assuming it's an issue on their end if someone knows a moderator or someone who can contact them to look more into it that would be great.

Seems like clearing my browser cookies might've fixed it but I have only watched 2 episodes since so I'll check later and see if it's all fixed.

I'm getting the same thing even after clearing cookies. Videos stop about 45 seconds in.

I suspect if I try to watch from VRV, it will work....but why should I have to go through them?

Yeah I'm still getting the freezes, Support told me to unplug my router and stuff even when I said I reset everything in detail so they didn't help too much hopefully someone sees the issue and can fix it soon.

It must be an issue on their end because it doesn't work on my phone, ps4, or computer for some shows.

For what it's worth, I'm having the same issue too -- it started within the last week or so. Almost every video stops at a random time, often a couple of minutes in, but sometimes more. The progress bar goes back to the beginning, so it's lost track of where I'm at. When I had similar (comparatively rare) pausing issues in the past, hitting back arrow would at least go back a few seconds and resume, but it does nothing here. The only reliable way to resume watching has been to go to my queue and re-select the video. It usually remembers more or less where I was. Still annoying as heck.

This is definitely a new and real problem. Don't know if it's due to a change on the CR end, or maybe incompatibility with a recent Flash update? Just guessing. If CR support isn't recognizing that the problem exists, that's very frustrating.

Update: The "extreme pausing problems" I was experiencing went away the moment I uninstalled Malwarebytes. I had installed that to do some malware scanning, and even though I had disabled all of the real-time scanning options that it allowed me to, it apparently was still a factor. I know that security software interference is kind of a "duh" reason for this sort of problem, but I thought I'd follow up on my post anyway, because (unless this was coincidental) my recent problems don't appear to have been CR's fault after all.
