As the title say I found that some anime on this site doesnt have the second season of some series like Assassanation classroom for example.
Just wondering why?

Simple answer: licensing. Complex answer: Funimation didn't include Assclass2 in the deal. Or it is delayed till a certain time after the series concludes.

Kinda peeved that CR doesn't have the second season of Boring Girlfriend. I don't want to sign up for amazon anime strike or watch it on the other free stream sites (can't really trust them free sites)

To put it simply, they don't have the rights to the second seasons. Usually, someone else owns those rights. For example, the second season of Assassination Classroom and Noragami are still owned by Funimation, who has not shared those rights with Crunchyroll (yet). Another example, the second season of Rage of Bahamut is owned by Amazon, who is doing exclusive streaming of the show on Anime Strike.

Unfortunately not much anyone could have done there since Amazon currently has exclusive worldwide streaming for all Noitamina shows.

If you don't have amazon prime it's a matter of whether you think that all of the stuff that comes with that is worth ~$8.30 a month, and then after that if the anime is worth $5 a month.

The short answer is licensing and money. But in particular, there are some sequels that aren't on Crunchyroll because producers and others see putting their shows exclusively in other places as more profitable. I'll try and break it down in terms of shows this season.

- With Saekano, it is part of Fuji's deal with Amazon and Aniplex had to adhere by those rules.
- With Rage of Bahamut, Amazon threw a ton of cash to get this show as Funimation is already cash-strapped from getting the Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia sequels. While Amazon ultimately did not get exclusive rights those two shows, their involvement greatly increased the licensing costs that Funimation had to pay, and they just didn't have enough to deny Amazon exclusive rights to Bahamut.
- While a side story and not a sequel, Danmachi Sword Oratoria is exclusively on Amazon because they paid a ton of cash to Sentai for those rights. Amazon approached them with a deal they couldn't refuse, so that's the case here.
- There is also Rin-ne 3 that is exclusively on Anime Network, and Sentai believes they could make more money by having it only there and forcing you to subscribe there if you wanted to keep on watching this show.
- As for shows from the CR/Funi partnership, they should appear in due time. This is a gradual process, so just be patient.

I've moved this over to Site Support / Minor Questions.

As others have mentioned, it's generally a matter of licensing, and sometimes someone else is able to negotiate successfully for the second season while Crunchyroll wasn't; or CR may still be working on getting the license (if it's not been secured exclusively elsewhere) and just doesn't have it yet.

However, (as also mentioned) in the case of AssClass and other shows that are on Funi, it's probably just a matter of time as titles gradually come over as part of the partnership. We're not really privy as to how the decisions are being made regarding exactly what comes when.
