I'l keep this short and make every single last word as useful to this topic as possible.

So in short, I was thinking that a lot of you would be interested in this topic.

The topic being, something I very strongly feel would be of use to some of you.

Anywayyyssssss.

Would you wear anime style clothes if it was well done, even if it's very expensive?

I feel like the Crunchyroll store could turn into something more if they started designing special clothing that would generally be simple in accessories and colors but also good looking. Something like the coat that Kirito wears in sword art online. Even if there were much less detail, it would still look so much better than 99% of Spring/Fall coats.

If you make something unique you'd like to wear. Other people probably would be interested in it too.

You feel me? Am I rubbing some of you the right way? ;)

Yea? You like that? ;)

I think it depends, because if the clothes make me look great and don't make me look like I'm going to a Halloween party, then I probably buy them, why not.

Kirito's clothes are pretty much black pants, a black shirt, and black boots. That could work, but if you're talking about really fantasy outfits that are elaborate and sometimes look funny, I don't think that'd be too practical.

I think it could work if you can make it practical, cost efficient, and most importantly cool/popular.

Love sao btw, good call

...eh.

Only if it looked fairly normal. For example, the cropped jackets everyone wears in Attack on Titan are pretty cool and I'd be interested in buying one. Issue is that most anime stuff isn't subtle and you'd end up walking out looking like you were dressed up for Halloween.

In the end, if the item was casual enough then sure, but since most anime clothing isn't the supply would probably be pretty limited.

Yes, if it was not expensive then why not it would be a cool cosplay outfit.

I personally like the Miko outfit lol, you can try and combine this with fashion, if you did study fashion, which is not anywhere close to my major.

It depends entirely on the outfit itself. I wouldn't say no to some of the longcoats and jackets I've seen, but the allure of most anime characters' clothes is how elaborate, cool, or sexy they are. Walking around like that in the majority of the cities in the world will get you funny looks at best, beaten up and/or robbed at worst.
