I've been trying to ask their support, but it's been a week with no answer. Anyone know if you buy their combo bundle if you get premium CrunchyRoll and premium of the other 7 channels they offer, or is it just a site that gives you all the websites linked into one without premium?

If you buy the combo bundle, you will get premium on Crunchyroll if you link your accounts.

Account linking is not currently available for the other channels, and that means that while you'll get the premium access to them on VRV, that doesn't carry over if you access them some other way.

I haven't looked very closely to compare what you get on VRV compared to if you access the channels some other way, but I do know it's not always identical. For example, even for Crunchyroll, One Piece is not available through VRV (it seems to be a rare exception for the CR content) and only the dub versions of Funi's titles are on VRV.

You get 8 channels total, including Crunchyroll and Funimation on the VRV site and using their apps.

You can link your VRV account and get premium (not plus, though) onsite access here and use the CR apps as well. But CR is the only external site/channel that you can separately link to (so far?)

On the VRV site and apps, however, Funimation provides dubs only, and reportedly, not all of their shows are available there (yet?).

12 months subscription for CR costs $60 and so also does 12 month subscription of Funimation, a total of $120, the same total as the $10 per month you pay on VRV. It's only worth it if you would regularly use the other 6 channels, or, cheaper only if you wanted to pay by the individual month instead of up front all at once.

It does not link your watch history here, I couldn't find any internal forum/comment structure outside of Twitter/Facebook, the watch list doesn't seem to have any way to do any sorting or order preference, and there's nowhere I could find with a list of all shows to see what all is available, even by individual channel.

But it does play videos without delay during the busy times while CR is having too much contention when the big shounen series new episodes just get released, so I use it as a backup for times like that.
