Or am I getting double billed? I keep getting e-mails from CR saying that I am being double billed for the service through VRV and CR. I click the link in the message for correcting the problem, goes to membership status area and it doesn't show I'm getting double billed. Please help?

If you are paying on both CR and VRV, then you would be getting double-billed, since you can link your CR and VRV accounts.

Ah, I wasn't very clear. I'm not getting doubled billed. I've checked my bank statement. It says I am but I'm not. Is there a fix for this mixup so I don't get hit with an email every couple days saying I'm being double billed when I am actually not?

I hadn't heard of this before, so I'm not sure if there's anything you can do. I would suggest reaching out to customer support using the /contact form, like other account/billing issues.

I feel your pain! I have had the same issue since Feb when I signed up for the bundle package. It still shows I am paying monthly on CR even after I cancelled recurring payments for the 8th time since march. Getting frustrated with the emails. I removed my credit card from the payments .
