Hello, been a premium member since AoT Season 1. I got an email that my credit card didn't go thru and was gonna change the card (Previous card was compromised and I swore I changed it beginning of May.). For some reason it's not letting me change my payment to keep my current plan. It errors out. I emailed Crunchyroll as well; however, I got an automated response to check faq and look at the forums. Please help.

I assume it is a new card? I know it sounds obvious but does the card require activation?
Some do and it is easy to not realize with the first transaction and get errors.

Other then that I am not sure sorry

The card has been activated since last month. The issue is more or less when i click payment method to get into it, it says "Sorry an error has occurred".

So it won't even let you get into the secton to change the payment method?

That is odd... hmmm.. a long shot but have you tried other browsers?
I know that Firefox can sometimes give errors when using various sites ( at least it has for me in the past )

Just tried them all now. No luck. I'm wondering if they put a lock on my account. ;( My status says it's a Free account; however, when I try to buy the premiuem (Just to see if it gives me a credit card option, i get this pink message on it saying "Sorry, you are inelegible because you already had a free trialor are currently a premiem member". I can't click on regular premiem as it says not avalible. Is there like an 800 number a can call ?

Your only option is to try contacting them again.

As long as no important info is on the screen it can't hurt to upload a screenshot of the pink error message ethier.

OH and list other as your problem... it kind of is as you are not being billed and it is not an account issue.
they should look at it if it says other as it needs to be put through to the right department

EDIT: Seems to have been a glitch with the account. They are looking into.
