That is very specific
And I do question how many characters actually fall into that category, because I can't think of many. Rukia from Bleach?

And Fanservice
Specifically, random fanservice. Stuff like Kill la Kill were the fanservice is somewhat explained I'm fine with. Having your clothes ripped in combat I'm fine with. More creative stuff like the limbo scene from I didn't actually watch it and can't remember the name I would say are good.
It's actually a very interesting topic to me of what makes a fanservice scene acceptable and what doesn't.

Too much talking; I like action so get to the stuff happening

Lolis are for hug, not fug. DO NOT SEXUALIZE THE LOLI. Still debating internally on people like Shinobu.

Speaking of, for all the stuff I've just said, Monogatari is one of my favorite series that I should probably watch the rest of the seasons of sometime.

Surprisingly a few.

Louise from Zero No Tsukami

Taiga from Toradora

Ryouko from Okami-San and Her Seven Companions

Lina Inverse from Slayers

Emi Yusa from The Devil Is a Part Timer

If you want to expand it to "Having breasts but are usually comparatively smaller" rather than flat chested, then I can think of twenty five more examples. It even has a TvTrope Page.

Fair Point
It's, usually, when I see people talk about those characters they are described as Lolis. I'd say they aren't, just underdevelopment.
But it is an interesting that my mind just skips over them as possibilities.
Though that's probably because I just label them Tsundere and skip the anger part.

And basically, he doesn't like tsunderes

But things like how Hestia is just immediately obsessed with Bell from the get go didn't make much sense.

Keep in mind the beginning of the anime wasn't the beginning of their relationship. I also expect she knows something about him the viewers don't.

I don't like 1. scenes in a good anime that I might try to get family to watch to get them into it - that suddenly get really awkward by showing naked 10-year old girls and shit - like Nanoha - amazing series, but the transformation scenes detract so much from the rest. Amazing plot, amazing action, amazing characters - and then tons of creepage. I realize you see literally NOTHING in such scenes in anime, but that's beside the point. The penchant for the imagery is common and it's so out of place - I find it very annoying.

Also - brainless and clueless Shonen MC's. I'm a bit naive myself when it comes to women, or rather I don't notice signs that I should, but that's at a normal level for a lot of men. Shonen MC's are ... borderline retarded. I always know how they'll react when anything happens and they really need to mix it up once in a while.

Like Ichigo from Bleach? he was fairly unpredictable and even though he was clueless about some of the girls who had a crush on him, he was a RESPECTABLE hero. We could use more MC's along his route.

Oh hey another one.

Really powerful anime villains with no other personality traits aside from "evil" and "smug." I am so tired of watching yet another pasty-skinned jackass easily fend off all of the heroes' attacks while casually explaining how he's going to destroy all existence as we know it, always with the same little devil-may-care smile, and sometimes with a little sexual innuendo at the female lead just so we remember to be pissed off at him.

Bonus points for wearing glasses for no reason. Because glasses = evil, I guess?

Asspull powerups. If someone is going to win a fight, don't make it bloody plot armor or deus ex machina. Its just bad writing. It needs to be clear beyond "he found the motivation to succeed!" Skills, practice, clever strategy? Put some thought into this crap before trying to shove it down our faces. Everything doesn't need to be that cerebral first Lancer x Saber fight from Fate/Zero, but it needs -substance- Like in Fairy Tale the MC very rarely goes beyond "random flailing"

Shit needs to be consistent. You establish rules, you follow rules. If you don't, it needs to be clear not only that an exception was made, but -why- it was made (and 'because hes awesome' or 'because I said so' don't count). Again, lazy writing.

Highschool, Highschool, Highschool. I know these are written towards younger kids... but I'm f*cking through with student council presidents. Even shows that don't have a realistic setting can fall into this trap.

I'm fine with gay stuff... so long as its done right. I don't want mouth-breathing fujoshi's or any other "haha GAY!" cheap laughs. It shouldn't be played for shock value nor butt-monkey tier of camp.

I tried watching some shoujo anime just to see what the (criminally thin) other side was like... had to almost immediately stop watching the pure romance ones. As mentioned, the love interest is almost always some abusive douche or domineering brat. I mostly a remember a scene in "Say I love you" early on when the love interest saves MC-chan from a pervert... then immediately takes advantage of her himself. *sigh*

Yeah, boobs. They are awesome. LOVE them... but seriously guys tone it down. If I wanted boobs I'd go find boobs. I'm not here for boobs, stop shoving them into my face every 5 minutes like you think I won't pay attention otherwise.

Idiot MC. Guts and determination only get you so far. Stumbling randomly in the dark pretty much gets you nowhere. MC shouldn't be guilty of both. MC should have at least a basic level of intelligence. Stupid people get lead around and can't do much on their own. They make poor leads to follow and drive a story forward. If MC-kun has no idea whats going on, its likely the viewer is having a hard time understanding the setting (or at least MC-kun's motivation/s)

Grotesque violence. I seek out anime to get away from the real world violence and don't care to see it in anime or manga.
