I've been trying to watch my hero academia all weekend I know my internet is fine because hulu, netflix run perfectly yet crunchyroll has non stop stutters where it pauses for 10 seconds and it's doing this frequently to where an episode is unwatchable it's really frustrating when you pay for a service and it screws up like this is their any fix?

I watched "My Hero Academia" and "Eromanga Sensei" yesterday without any issue whatsoever. I would definitely suggest making sure that your computer is configured correctly.

1. Update Java and Flash if you're using the standard browser video player.
2. Go to chrome://settings/search#hardware (if you're using Chrome) and check the box for "use hardware acceleration when available"
3. Make sure that you're using either OpenDNS (Source) or Google DNS (Source).
4. If all else fails, right-click on the video player and make sure that "video smoothing" and "subtitle smoothing" are both active.

If you're on a console or your mobile phone, I would suggest clearing any and all app data and cache for the app (or deleting it from either of the consoles) and try again.

Yeah I'm watching on xbox one and live in Australia I deleted the app and reinstalled but it didn't fix anything I'll try clearing the cache cheers.

So far as i have gathered, the "app" versions of Crunchyroll have a tendency to constantly switch between high and low quality based on your internet speeds, so they constantly buffer regardless.

Australian here no issue but the APP's do tend to switch as Gornotck said.

All Australians should nowadays be served from servers within Australia. Streaming via the website should be much better than before. Some apps, the Xbox One app, may have troubles with playback when our site is under heavy load. It needs to talk to the website a lot, so if the website does not reply fast enough, it will not like that.
