today i noticed that my queue is missing some shows like Alice and Zoroku, Grandblue Fantasy, Umaru and other shows . I went to check if anyone accessed my account but nothing showed up in devices is there a way to reverse this or do i have to add them back the old fashion way

Are you, or have you recently been, traveling outside the US? To see where CR thinks you are, go to /contact and scroll down to see where the computer or device you are using is being detected.

If CR is detecting you in a country where those shows are unavailable, that would be why they don't show up in your queue.

What does the bottom of that contact form say your detected country is?

If you go to the show pages for the shows that are missing from your queue, does the page indicate that the shows are in your queue? Can you see all the episodes on the show page, or does it give you a message about being unavailable?

For example, does it look normal when you go to http://www.crunchyroll.com/alice-zoroku

If you can see all the episodes there and it has "add to queue" instead of "remove" then maybe someone did access your account. In which case I'd suggest changing your password to something you don't use anywhere else right away, and making sure everything on your profile looks okay -- correct email, no orders, etc.

well looks like 2 shows were added to my queue so i took your advice and changed my password. didnt show any other country connected so might have been locally. hopefully this will solve it.

yea looks like my account was compromise and I dont know how that was possible I always keep everything secured my passwords in are encrypted dont download anything suspicious
