I got an email this morning telling me they couldn't process my monthly payment for my Premium Membership due to my card expiring. No big deal, I thought. So I went in and tried to add my new card info, but anything I click on regarding payment method results in a page that says "Sorry, an error occurred". Great!

I emailed CR and explained the situation. They replied with this:

"After reviewing your account I see your account was expired due to a payment failure. This can be corrected by first, updating the payment method and then re-subscribing.

In order to change the payment method for your membership subscription you will need to do the following:

Update the Credit Card on your account"


Yeah, that's great, except I just told you that attempting to update my info isn't working ( -__-)

Does anyone know what the deal is with this or how I can get it resolved?

Ok so I checked my account again today and now it's allowing me to update my payment method. I renewed my subscription through the app and it automatically made me sign up for a subscription through iTunes instead of directly through CR like I used to have. This is fine with me, but do I still need to have a payment method on file on the CR site, or is having my payment method through ITunes good enough?

They still need to actually fix the issue that causes the card update problems!
