I'm curious, What would be the best way in terms of overall health.

I mean would it really make a difference if you incorporate it into your daily diet?

Can you find someone on the internet who will swear, up and down, that garlic is a superfood? Absolutely.

Would eating garlic daily make a noticeable difference in your health? Highly unlikely.

That being said, basically any unprocessed, naturally occurring, and edible substance has some beneficial health property--garlic included.

My advice: eat a balanced diet, heavy on fruits and vegetables, and try to avoid processed sugars and processed grains. Use whatever spices or flavorings that taste good to you--if that includes garlic, great. If not, don't sweat it.

Oh, and pills aren't food: stay the hell away from anything claiming to be a highly concentrated dose of some "all natural" whatever in pill form. Chances are good you're just buying sugar, chalk, or sawdust.

But Garlic strikes me as important.

I don't have a diet, I think I'm mainly drawn to healthy choices in the end. Basically, don't eat unhealthy foods ( What a fucking concept ). I don't need to be a dietitian, but there's something about Garlic, we don't know the full details dammit.

Ok we are what we eat, but hard work, and training defines that. All I'm asking is what makes it valid

What makes it valid is research which supports the evidence.
