So i decided to buy premium again seeing as i hadn't use crunchyroll in a while and there was a anime i wanted to watch, but i forgot to update my card information, and that information is out date as the bank recently mailed me a new one after the old one expired. i updated the information after i tried purchasing premium but now it wont let me do to it and it says "You have pending checkouts". now i cant get premium, and i have been stuck like since yesterday, please help.

Your not the only one with a zero support issue.

CRUNCHYROLL WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE?!

Help your customers, not all of us are free members but we are stuck looking
like this because you refuse to fix the issues with your payment processing!

Let us cancel & buy new subscriptions as we need to!
It only makes sense to halt us when we have an active subscription.

Definitely not the only one. I've updated my card information, but every time I go to try and renew my subscription, I just get an error saying I've already had a free trial. I've been paying for almost a year, I don't care about or WANT a free trial, I just want no ads -_-

Funny thing, I also can't even log in to see my active ticket because it says my information is invalid... yet I just used it to sign into the main site.

I've been receiving "You have pending checkouts." for over a month. I got two responses to my attempts for resolution. One afforded me a 6 day free trial, at the end of which, I should have been able to sign up because the issue would be resolved. I appreciated the free trial but did not get to sign up at the end. I contacted support again, got a response that it was being escalated and would take a little time. I contacted the original response sender with no response, to date. I sent a new trouble ticket, no response. This is really getting beyond old. I feel like they're pushing me to sign up for VRV, instead. I'm searching for other places to take my money, at this point.
