Why wouldn't people with "autism", whatever that may actually be, have a say in political matters? They have opinions and the means of expressing them, don't they?

If your autism is so bad that you can't be trusted to vote then it will probably make you not want to even go to the polling stations from what I understand. If that is indeed the case then I see no reason to care.

Roughly as severe as the other mental problems that render the afflicted unable to vote.

Idk. I neither know you or autism well enough to make the call so I would leave it to the actual experts.

No. I lack the expertise and information required to make such a statement without just talking out of my ass so I won't make one. If you need to know so bad just ask a psych.

Because people act differently on the internet than they do in real life and because it's idiotic to make a statement without being properly being educated in the material (in this case psychology and mental health) without having been educated on it.
