Well the colors are bright, but I'm curious to see what happens when the chaos breaks loose. There are already a number of bath scenes in just two episodes; very reminiscent of Ange Vierge.

Episode 3

Dat Russian is really something. Here comes Lion's father who makes quite an entrance there as he's so worried about his daughter that it's too creepy. He arrives on a missile and was shot down thinking he's an enemy, and then during a sparring match the girls end up taking a ride on a missile to the mountains where Nina just couldn't stop cuddling a bear cub. While that was mostly silly stuff, at least Lion's father really made his presence known in a big way.

Father's visit sure made things crazy for Lion and friends.

three episodes in and I believe that I might buy it. The last two episodes just flew by without me noticing since I was so engrossed by what was going on. that is a huge plus as well as some of the comedy.

wish Lion could stay tranced so we can see her confident expressions more. looks way better on her.

I suspect that there are bath house documentaries that have fewer bath scenes than Ange Vierge.

Pages from the Mixx Comics translation of Card Captor Sakura, perhaps?

....

Still debating on this show. Luck & Logic did not grab me, but I am wondering if it was worth making a sequel. Might revisit.

Poor Student Council President (I think that's who she was). Left alone on her date.

Still a fun and enjoyable watch week to week, but still just sort of average. Decent stuff.

That was amusing episode. I guess Yugo's favorite saying is "Goodness gracious" considering how many times she said it in such a short time. Not much but...

So uh are they ever going to fight monsters or do anything like that? Or did this series just turn into cute girls doing cute things anime? If so then its a epic drop for me.

The Student Council President is pretty charming. Too bad she's relegated to the sidelines. Neat episode in which we got to see some characters from the original Luck & Logic; which I didn't finish but this show makes me want to continue.

Some things stood out this episode. Whenever Lion tranced, her personality got a drastic change. Turns she's submitting most of her logic (will?) to Rosa. This dynamic reminds me a bit of Yu-Gi-Oh!, in which the protagonists' body housed two souls of Yami and Yugi. I imagine we'll see an episode where Rosa goes out of control; which would force Lion to to strive for a better balance. Once she accomplishes that, she could be quite formidable. Unfortunate to see Nina still be so isolated. She did have bonding time with Yayoi/Lion. I hope those two continue to reach out and make Nina feel more comfortable with others.

I have to say that I'm enjoying this show more and more each week. The first episode was pretty bland and I would even go as far as to say it was bad, but each episode after it continues be very entertaining and fun. Nothing spectacular, but a show I find a lot of amusement from.

Ep 5

Not exactly how I expected the original characters to make an appearance, but it was still kind of fun to see them regardless. Yayoi has been growing on me lately. Often her type of character is way ruder and less likable than she has been so far. Lion's tranced form is awesome, and the ending of the episode even teased a little bit of plot with her not being fully in control like the other students are. Definitely enjoying this one more than the original, partly because of the characters but mostly since the slice of life suits it so much better than the action/drama.

Really enjoyed this episode.. then again, I'm a Yuko fan and a yuri fan so that's not really a huge shock. Still, I'm really enjoying the way the show is focused on having a good time and really building the characters out. Having to keep pace with a big looming threat while trying to build a world and characters at the same time was one of the things that hobbled the original series so removing it here in most part, or at least removing it so far, was a good choice.
