I feel as though 100% of people who enjoy moe shows are anti social and socially awkward. Majority of them are also keyboard warriors who type out essays when others don't agree with their opinions.

Text is the way of communicating on the internet, and clearly has its benefits. I'd be worried if people use trite and inconcise language that doesn't explain anything versus a well thought out post. Isn't the fact that some people are willing to have discussions great? That being said, I do feel there is a bit of aggression from you and the others responding, and I apologize if I appeared aggressive.

I also would advise against stereotyping your opposition. It may make you more unwilling to listen to people when you can label them as people who enjoy moe, and all that implies.

I just personally believe that moe needs to be eradicated from the face of earth. We need more season 2s of good animes and less moe anime. This is my opinion please do not bash me. I am open to a civilized discussion.

Not quite sure if CGDCT anime does take away from the market for more mature anime. A great deal of people are well invested in many other types of genres besides CGDCT. Although, to be fair, FMA is over, and to my knowledge, has been fully adapted. Code Geass was over on a pretty obvious ending, till they dug it up because cash cow, and Madoka Magica appeared to have been adapted fully as well.

That being said, CGDCT may have been simply established as an "easy" source of money, due to how easy it is to merchandise it as well as the breadth of series and popularity of a rabid buyerbase, but then you are telling studios not to make easy money that would help make big budgeted works for the companies that fund them I imagine.

One of the reasons I imagine Pixar's Cars franchise is still running because it is usually quite profitable, but then it helps pay for amenities that make masterpieces like Wall-E or Up possible. Not sure.

The anime industry is in dire need of money it seems, and perhaps the real problem is the purported instability of the market as anime grows. It seems money and how it is made may be the primary concern. Merchandising use to be a big part of episodic children show's in the 60s to 80s here in the US, but then the market gave way when people realize that viewing power and ad space were the only viable way today after a cultural shift. While shows in the US are often divided up into seasons, they are usually episodic and standalone, perhaps original works or based on some concept, while anime are often adaptations can serve as an impromptu advertising for specific manga and light novels, bolstering support while being profitable themselves, with a great deal tying in merchandising.

This is complete conjecture, but it seems that the monetary problems of anime need to be fixed before it becomes a corporate machine looking for profit versus an artistic expression.

It all goes back to the Production Committee concept. You've got the anime company, the publisher, the TV station, the music company and the merchandising company all contributing funds to the anime project. The major benefactor tends to be the publisher, with the additional sales of lignt novels/mangas. It's rare to see animes break even from bluray sales alone, and most anime tends to occupy graveyard late night slots on TV diminishing advertising revenue.

So second seasons tend not to happen because the publisher only experiences the sales uplift on the first season.

In terms of the CGDCT anime, the lack of action scenes make them dramatically cheaper to make.
