I made a purchase for the monthly premium account via iTunes but my crunchyroll account doesn't recognize the purchase, it says I am still a free member so I have to use the 7 days free trial but even if I try to get the free trial don't let me use it because it says I am a premium member already, but I am not, this is what appears when I try to synchronize the account with iTune, can someone help me please?

You're posting in a thread that's a year old, which means the chances of the original poster seeing your question is low. I suggest you do as shinryou advised the OP to do a year ago, and contact support directly via the /contact form.

Is your email address on your iTunes account the same as your email address on your Crunchyroll account? If not, it's possible that iTunes may have created a second account for you, and so you might have to log in here with that email instead..

Not the same email, but I’ve been paying like this for years. I’ve been trying to contact them but CR still won’t answer or give me a resolve.

If you are unable to upgrade your iTunes account to Crunchyroll to premium then you should contact to https://iphonesupport.net/i-tunes-support-number/ for the help
