Premium members can make suggestions for shows they want Crunchyroll to try to get in the What series/movie/drama/manga would you like to see on CR? thread in the Premium Members group. Since Tokyo Ghoul is a show that Funimation has, there's a chance that it will come to Crunchyroll as part of their partnership with Funi, but we won't know for sure or when until there's an official announcement.
