I cancelled my subscription on 2015 and I just got a message on paypal saying that my recurring payment was made, How in the world can I remove my paypal information from you guys and how can I get all those years refunded, because I have not used your services since that time. You can see it in the last device that was logged. This is super aggravating.

You manage your paypal subscriptions on Paypal here:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist

You'll have to contact support to see how they will respond about any refunds here: /contact

It is best to do that with any service, not just CR.

You should contact customer service directly to ask about getting the recent charge refunded. (I assume it was within the past few days). I would not expect them to refund any charge from a previous year. Since you say you cancelled in 2015, however, I'm curious how you missed when this happened last year.

It's always good to make sure the payments have also canceled in Paypal just to make sure. Because if it's saved even if you have no interest in using it again someone could always find access to your account in X years and go on a shopping spree. Even if they aren't used recently agreements stay ready to be used forever.

CR used to cancel the billing agreement when the recurring was turned off, Since the store also relies on on the same billing agreement for items I guess they stopped canceling it. It hasn't canceled for me the last two times I have set it up agreement but did the first time.

Also unless you get a email that says

"Dear penguin cat,

This email confirms that you have cancelled your payment agreement with 'service'. No further payments will be made from your PayPal account to this merchant. If you have any further questions about the agreement, or wish to reinstate it, please contact 'service' directly."
It likely isn't canceled.
