So I noticed when I looked at my bank account today that there was a charge for 34.96$. It was from crunchyroll, so I logged in to see that somehow a new 3 month subscription was set up today and the money had been taken from my account. I have never used the 3 month method and canceled my other auto payments back in April. I also noticed an unfamiliar device (Xbox360 which also gave me someone's username) that would have been the person who renewed my account somehow because it even said it's active date was today. I have a sour feeling that I'm not getting a refund for this.. I'm also afraid to unlink the persons Xbox and cancel the subscription out of fear they will not be able to see my issue.

Are you using a weak or easily guessed password?

Anyway, you should contact CR support directly:

I've moved this over to the Site Support forum, but you should definitely contact customer support directly. You can do so via the /contact form.
