Tried Knitting , Martial arts , Exercise , 40+ hobbies , Anime , Gaming , socializing and more but the only thing that ever relieves stress for me is food or drinking 1.25 litres of soda or...well cutting/self inflicted pain which i have only done a few times and avoid like the plauge rather drink and eat and gain a shit ton of weight then cut.

Even after 8 years of therapy we haven't been able to find anything for me the relieves stress even though i have been looking for so long.
As someone who has a lot of stress due to the town he lives in and the only ways of relieving stress being dangerous in the long run.

I'm glad to be leaving my town soon and spending my life avoiding as much stress as possible until i can find a solution haha

Running (or martial arts, though that's hit or miss with how intense it is. Making it a learning day or a get down and sweat day is my teacher's choice)

Feeling stress takes energy. So run all the energy out of you so you can't feel anything. Also works for anger and sadness. And happiness, if you want to relieve yourself of that.

Loading up GTA, and going on a mass-murder spree. Although it seems disturbing, I find it's quite effective in terms of dealing with stress.
