I liked the first episode, established everything one needs to know before we go on this lovely dovey adventure with MC and friends. I didn't notice any drastic changes from the manga (then again it's been a while since I've read the beginning). From the OP I can see how far we'll probably get in 12(?) episodes. The only thing I'm hoping for is no anime original ending. I hope the .5 chapters get animated as well because there is something important in one of those chapters involving Nisaka.

I actually liked the start of this more than I thought I would. Yukari is the usual sad sack MC but managed to not be quite as annoying as the others in the same category given that he actually did move on his feelings. Takasaki was nice without being overly cliche as well. The premise is interesting and I'm quite curious where they're going to go with it.
Mostly solid stuff but I'm concerned on where it's going to go from here. Given that Yukari and Takasaki have confirmed they've both loved each other for years, it would feel really stupid if they made it into an actual love triangle situation. There's also the weird government conspiracy stuff with the glitched text message and the hand delivered notice.. to a park.. at midnight. Obviously given the story at hand there needs to be more than just a love story but it really feels like it may end up going off the rails with too many "extra complications." |

Well I already had high expectations, and they were not only met, but surpassed. Maybe not everyone else is going to enjoy this as much as me (like just stop worrying so much about logic), but I think this will be one of my favorites this season. Great stuff.

The story came along as a little weird in the beginning of the episode but I got use to it as the episode went on.
I defiantly like the characters and the end of the episode was adorable. |

Don't know if the video works since I don't have Prime but since it's already been uploaded to illegal websites it likely means it's already working on Amazon. I don't know if it's available for international Prime members either though. Also, what the hell Amazon? 84 rows before it shows me Anime Strike? ![]() |

Episode 2 Oh boy, gossip spreads fast at school. I almost feel bad for Yukari as he got put on the spot. Misaki and his relationship seems to also got more tense. Lilina gets more screen time this episode and tbh, she's more open about her thoughts. The scene where Misaki got pushed down on the floor mat with Yukari was pretty awkward imo. Between the main leads, I find Lilina both amusing and awkward to watch. She seems to be really excited about anything related to love. Comedy wise, I still have mixed thoughts on the timings. |
