Losing four frames, gaining the ability to platinum games that I've sold off or didn't get around to before, paying only $85 a year for an expanding library, little to no hard drive space being used, and can play on my personal computer too...

I think I can handle four frames being lost. My upstairs Playstation 4 Pro recently ran out of space (I had installed a 2TB SSD). I recently bought Mass Effect: Andromeda and Injustice 2 and couldn't install either. I checked the downstairs Playstation 4 Pro and realized it probably only had space for three or four games. I loaded up the Amazon app and ordered two 8TB external hard drives for the PS4 Pros.

Something like PS Now, even when losing four frames, would have me falling in love with Sony if they put more PS4 games on it. For now, I get enough of a benefit from it that the four frames doesn't bother me. I don't play enough first person shooter games to make a difference.

$85 a year ? i thought the cheapest option they have is the $99/year.. how did you get $85 year ?

You have 2TB internal and 8TB external and it's still not enough ? Why not just delete the old games to free up some HDD space.

You will not see any new release PS4 games on PSNow any time soon. They will not do anything that will eat away their bottom line.

I got a code to reduce PS Now down to $85 a year from going to the "E3 Experience" at the cinema, also got a code for $20 (direct to PSN wallet). Could have reduced it to $65 but got a bunch of Personas for Persona 5.

The only games I can really uninstalling are RPGs and some single player games (not many of those). Mostly because theres too many friends wanting to play different games and I don't really want to have to waste time downloading or installing them again. I've already uninstalled visual novels and imported games since I've platinum'd them. There's actually a lot of games I don't have installed. With all my physical games, digital ones bought, and PS+ games... The 8TB would already be full too.

I don't know. We might see some PS4 games surface. Having Akiba's Beat on there is awesome. Using my cloud save from when I was using the physical disk to play on my PC here in Florida through PS Now. That's just awesome as hell to me. Lol

I didn't think you would be the type to use coupons/promotion codes

Eh, I use what I get. I make sure to use my credit card for flights and electronics for cash back but don't go hunting for sales often. I went to the E3 thing and finally got the promo codes, so I used them lol

I think it's cheaper if you buy E3 tickets early.

Was E3 worth it ? Price of ticket+ travel time+ loss wage= game news+ play the latest games ?

I didn't go to the E3 convention itself. Sony does this "free streaming" of their E3 press conference to cinemas. But you get a key to put into their website when you attend (it's free, other than driving to the cinema). After a month or so they ended up sending me an e-mail with a bunch of keys for beta access (including Destiny 2), some random "E3 packs" for certain games, themes and avatars, $20 PSN credit, and a few deals to reduce the cost of the games they gave you keys for and PS Now.

It wasn't as fun as going to the actual E3 (did that one year and it was nice). I had tickets to go this year but I had too many projects to actually take off for a few days (unfortunately). In lieu of that, I was able to get to the only cinema in the area (about 30 minutes away) and watch the conference there.

You actually got "VIP passes" for going to the event at the cinema.
On the back was a passcode for their website. A few weeks ago, they sent out the email to me with all of the codes for goodies/deals. Can't complain lol

I thought you had VIP pass to the E3 event.

I remember reading about it

http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/291103/E3_opens_its_doors_to_the_public_for_the_first_time_in_history.php

They are not VIP passes though

$149 for the first 1,000
$249 for the next 14,000

We will see what other ps4 games they will add next. I'm pretty sure they will be 2-4+ old ps4 games
