This show has an interesting idea, but it was kind of uneven. I wonder if it will smooth out in future episodes?

At first I was like
"This jazzy music is awesome! Someone hurry up and make a gif of this opening sequence!"
And then the humor started and was left..."eh..."

The premise is interesting, but Victo's silliness is a distraction. Liked the opening sequence so much I had to watch it a few times. Hope each episode has a different, exciting opener – that would make me look forward to it each week.

I enjoyed it though the pauses in the fight so Victor could exposition were distracting.

I get the feeling Victor's silliness is his defense mechanism against the reality he's facing.

Episode 1

A neat, yet messy executed concept.

I get what they're going for here and I bet if done right, it would be totally cool. Unfortunately it doesn't come out right with the comedy being out of place and distracting.

There some CG merits that don't hold up either, but despite all the problems, I really want to like this show. I get what it is trying to do and it would be totally cool to see it happen.

I'm a bit iffy on it, so maybe another shot at it is what I need? We'll see since there are plenty of shows worth my time.

I came in thinking this was going to have to do with time travel and I wasn't looking forward to that, so I'm glad to see that's not what it was. I really enjoyed the fight scenes and the music. The story was nothing special. I was really tired of hearing about the dead older brother by the end of this episode.

Episode 1

Pretty much, it is what I have come to expect seeing that Project No. 9 just doesn't have a good reputation. The concept is nice, but the execution is another matter entirely. Anyway, while this show has plenty of problems with the biggest one being Victo acting so annoying, at least the premise is well thought out with this whole concept of defending time. Koyuki was pretty naive to think that the legend actually was true, and while it was true, the turning back of time is not of the kind she wanted. So I'll probably not keep this show, but I'm up for at least another episode just to see what the brothers father-son duo is up to.

Having no idea what to expect, I found that I liked it. The music and Art Deco-ish art was refreshing, so I hope this one will eventually find its stride.

Oh the first half had me and then they spent the second half driving me away ugh, how did such a nice set up go so bad? Never seen a show crash and burn so quick. The fight with the monster at the beginning was pretty cool and then the end fight, hold on a second monster stand still and don't attack while I explain everything to this girl ok now I'm going to throw a deck of cards at you and <dumb explanation about slowing time> and you're dead. Uh huh, now how would the sword have killed it...I nevermind I lost interest already.

I watched it to pass some time it wasn't great but was interesting enough that I didn't regret watching hope it improves though.

First thing I said... another magical power thing...anyway

I thought it has some interesting idea although the way they introduced the characters is that we are already in the middle of the story .This technique is suppose to make us curious as to what really is going on but the events in this episode wasn't flashy or crazy enough. The presentation or story telling is abit weak.

Liked the music, reminds me of another anime I liked and the animation is not bad, Fast and slow is emphasized becuase of the time concept.

But what got my attention the most is the moment the 2 character spoke. We got Ishikawa Kaito and then Fukuyama Jun. Two of my favorite seiyuu.
