Gives them a louder voice on the internet but IRL being controlling and manipulative doesn't get you very far. People that act tough online are usually sheepish offline.

Nothing wrong with keeping yourself first. Narcissists should date other Narcissists and just keep together. Then the people won't have to worry about being manipulated or controlled. Or maybe people need to not let themselves be controlled and know the signs. Why do people try and blame everything on materialistic things when really these things have been around far longer than social media has been. It's not something you become rather something you are.

Professionally I believe it would not be correct to call anyone narcissistic, but it would be defensible to call the people in groups 2 and 3 narcissists. However, personally I prefer to use the term 'narcissistic personalities' in stead of labeling the person him or herself.

It's basically childhood trauma and tons of trauma for a person to become that way. It doesn't take getting a facebook.

Who wouldn't care for themselves first? How many people out there are willing to trade their places with homeless people? or giving up everything they have right now to a homeless person? I worked hard for what i have so I'm sorry but I'll not give everything i earned through hard work away to someone who is less fortunate. I only donate when we have extra money and i don't see the point of letting the whole neighborhood know that i just donated...

It's like diagnosing a medical condition/disease. You will need to have all the signs/symptoms.

I guess I'm also self centered and have lack of empathy, it's pretty obvious from my post .

I broke that quiz and scored a zero. lol

As someone else said though, there are no in-between answers for any of those questions.

A lot of those questions were "I am superior" versus "I am meek, doubtful, potentially low self esteem person".

To those saying there's no in between, you can't give people too many modest choices as everyone would orchestrate themselves to be balanced. Nobody wants to be a narcissist.

That being said, what's wrong is not that there's only two options for each one, but they're didn't cover their basis well at all. And they were worded poorly on top of the same question being rephrased a number of times.
