sure the idea of being a "highlander" trying to "be the one" but in all honesty, even Connor started to lose it after awhile. so, with such situations if we wouldn't keep our mind in tack what would be the point to immortality. in what I have seen in my life time alone, I wouldn't want to live past a hundred years, I'm fine living in the span of mortality's range.

even if you were immortal your life would still probably be wasted away working. IT's all pointless anyway, why make it longer.

Staying alive is good, that I will get a chance to finally relax from work and date the girl I like

I want to explore the moon.

I want to go to Mars and colonize.

I want to have more freedom and my own group of friends.

There are so many things that I couldn't do at my current standing, but I am still enjoying it anyway.

So you want to be immortal?
Nah me as long as the one I love is still breathing I wish to live more
And when he die. I wish to die with him

That is dedication lol, I probably would not die along with someone. You've seen the UP animation right, kind of like that lol, I'd be a grumpy old man

I didn't see that anime yet
But what I feel is true

No, what you feel is what every single child feels at your age. Wait till you're a few years older.

So cells get to a certain point in our life and slowly start to die, right? Well: 1. Duh, 2: Obviously.

Why am I telling you this? I read in an article that cells are actually not meant to do this. I read or saw somewhere on the science channel or somewhere like that online that infact that cells are supposed to stop aging at a certain point and continuously regrow at that same age and essentially be immortal, to a point. I mean, you could still get shot or run over by a car, or struck by a blimp. I read this when I was in high school, not sure how accurate this is now, this was about 9 years ago at least. Dunno how that has been coming now, but since that article came out, some amazing work has been done in the medical field so I think it's going pretty well.
