I think she meant that he hinted the absence of the CCTV cameras to manipulate her into forging false accusation on classC (not exactly false but they used the false CCTV plan so)

He's literally masterminding everything from the shadows but is happy for everyone else to take the credit and draw as little attention to himself as possible (he's pretty much said as much - hence deliberate average scores, turning down secretary role etc). Issue for our extreme!y interesting MC is some of the older cast are already onto him doing this such as the President and 1-D teacher (Suzune now too) - more and more big players are being brought attention to him and it's gonna get real interesting real soon.

Good show, continues to improve. Meanwhile at least he is keeping the class and it's defects going from strength to strength with a shut in idol dropping her shy personna more, the delinquent being more easy to be around and an unaproachablely defensive loner (coaxed or not) actively going out of her way to help others.

Really good episode this week.

Ayanokoji is a really interesting MC and they did a great job of leaving us with a cliff hanger this week. I can't wait to see his entire back story hopefully next week. I like that Ayanokoji is a strong and mysterious MC. With some of the anime I'm watching this season I was getting sick of the weak MC type of character. This show has defiantly become my favorite show this season.

A little disappointed that it was just Class C testing the system after all. And why borrow points from Ichinose? How expensive were those cameras?

Speaking of points, before the dispute the Class Points were:

After the complaint was withdrawn they were:

Did Drunk-Sensei copy them wrong?

Ayanokoji and Horikita make a good team tbh. A very unusual one but still managed to convince Class C to drop their case.

I'm guessing Sakura will probably be more confident in herself now on (perhap she won't be wearing those glasses again in public)

Gotta protect that smile!

Im a little confused about how they actually got the dudes from class C to back down. Ayanokouji and Horikita mentioned that if the school saw what was on the cameras, the three guys would have been expelled and Sudo would just be punished. They said that they would have been expelled for making up a rather large lie that involved the entire school. What exactly was this lie that they made up that involved the entire school? And how, without the cameras, did both Horikita and Ayanokouji know about this lie?

I feel like they missed something rather important due to either bad writing or something was deliberately left out for some reason. This also leads into what Horikita said to Ayanokouji at the end of the episode about him leading her to forge false evidence; the false evidence being that there would have been cameras and they would have caught the fight and the lie that they told.

Another thing that was a little weird had to do with the point totals at the end of the episode. Ayanokouji's points doubled at the end of the episode (he had 8 thousand some) and Sudo who had only 1 point at the end of last episode had 8000 some points added to his account. Does this mean that the points were rounded down when they displayed them on the chalk board? Like when they said 86 points for class D they really meant 8600 and so on?

I like the show thus far but these small little things bug me like crazy.

The lie involving the whole school was the original accusation against Sudo. It mostly concerned the two classes, but others were asked if they witnessed anything, etc.

Ayano and Suzune had some evidence of Sudo's innocence from the Sakura's picture, but it wasn't conclusive. The "false evidence" was their bluff that there were cameras there all along and they would prove Sudo's account (they were placed too obviously, IMHO, and the Class B boys are idiots for not realizing they were new.)

They've been sloppy with the points, AFAICT. It does worry me since they're so important.

I guess that makes sense but its not very clear based on the conversation they have. the way Ayano says it, makes it sound like Sudo was probably guilty after all and that there was something else going on that would have made the entire situation much worse for both classes. With the false cameras, they could have easily convinced the other class that they had the evidence that they needed and would have been able to get them to confess probably. Why did they settle for a situation in which the entire problem just disappears? Again, I feel like there is more going on here that we were told either as the result of bad adaptive writing or just something that will be revealed later.

Ill have to get my hands on the Light novels to see if there was something else that we are missing. Luckily I can read Japanese.

Interesting developments. Sakura's actions were rather odd with the stalker. She knew she was being chased, yet she went to areas with lesser and lesser people. If she had just stayed in the middle of that intersection, instead of the alley, there would have been bystanders who could have seen or helped her.

I'm also curious about Ayanokoji's backstory. Hope the show pries more into that. I wonder how many episodes are left. There's no way they'll get to Class A by the end of this season, but maybe class C?

I was under the impression that the class points are 100x less than what each student actually gets. I might be wrong though but at the start, the CP was 1000 but they received 100,000 that they use as money.

But I am happy that I gave this show a chance. Ayanokoji is by far my favorite male character for this season.

Well, Sudo isn't exactly not guilty because he did attack them. So they placed cameras that wasn't there in the first place to make them confess the fact that they were lying. So lets say they use the cameras that they placed which confesses their lie. Sudo would be dragged with it. And since they don't know exactly how the schools work. That would make it harder for class D to get points. So a clear way would be for no one to get a penalty. Also you were wondering about Ayanokoujis points. They were borrowed from Ichinose. Which was said in the episode that he will give her back the money that he borrowed.

I figure Ichinose is gonna get a finance job haha.

Also, originally if I remember correctly, each class started with 1,000cp (4,000cp total between Classes A, B, C, and D) and each student received 100,000 yen in the first month. So, it seems that the point system doesn't necessarily give out all the potential points (4,000cp?) in any given month. I figure that it's very hard to get over 1,000cp, which is why Class A "only" got 1,004cp. And, of course we know why some of the other classes received less.

My guess is that Class C lost points for their "false accusation" and further withdrawing their complaint. Not sure why Class B got 3cp more tho.
