The only time I posted on The_Donald I asked a user to explain why he thought Trump's wall idea would have economic benefits. I was immediately banned. For the most part i think they aren't looking for engagement (though there are exceptions). It's just Daily Kos like bias and title baiting.

And also some users here think there is a major left wing bias on these boards? I'm willing to bet there is a slight bias but I wouldn't call it major.

It says in the resources that if you want to engage, visit r/asktrumpsupporters

Did you actually do that? Did you just shit post without reading the rules?

How is asking a simple question posting shit?

And you don't feel the slightest bit disturbed that it's literally a 'love Trump' propaganda sub with 0 room for debate, and heavy censorship?

Out of all the subs on reddit, the Donald one is literally the worst. And I've seen some pretty trashy ones.

The_Donald is not for policy discussion its a Trump fansub. If your getting banned its because you don't seem to understand that. We would love to debate you on r/politics but the mods ban anything going against Hillary or anything not anti-trump. Don't even bother there now, so much for a neutral place for discussion.

Right. Nice job projecting what is happening to us and pretending like your the victim though. Not everyone does such underhanded tactics.

Throughout the election until June of 2016, the /r/politics board was completely anti-Hillary and pro-Bernie. You couldn't even post a positive comment about Hillary without getting into an argument. So the notion that you're getting banned for attacking Hillary on that sub is absurd.

The real difference between the politics and the donald sub is that one is for posting legitimate news articles from credible journalists in the US and around the world, and the other is for posting memes and poorly/hastily photoshopped pictures.

Are you really gonna just take what he says at face value? I said "shit post" because there's a very low chance he went into the sub without an agenda and simply asked question without malice or bias.

1. Look at his post history here on Crunchyroll, left leaning

2. He's displayed bias on numerous occasions

3. He's on crunchyroll for fuck sake

Do you honestly think the average crunchyroll user would visit r/the_donald for a civil debate? Chances are what he's not telling you is why he got banned.

You seem to have a hilariously skewed impression of r/the_donald.

The average r/the_donald user doesn't even visit it for civil debate.

It's not a debate subreddit.

Idk how you are getting any bites. That literally happens. I posted a screenshot of why I was banned on the first page. You get banned if you don't worship Donald Trump. It's been proved countless times. You should visit the 'bannedfromthedonald' subreddit. And if you're actually delusional enough to believe TD is a good subreddit, I feel bad for you. But I'm 90% sure you're just trolling

The_Donald seems to just be a collection of fan content. Imagine a Sword Art Online fan club that bans everyone who says they hated the anime. Not all that unexpected.

This ^
r/The_Donald is absolutely nothing beyond Trump Worship (aka, a fansub). The issue is that some Redditors who aren't savvy on how it works takes it as a conservative news sub, instead of a fansub. Then the r/politics liberals run over there to try to start shit by stating something that doesn't continue the circlejerk. Your analogy is spot-on.

That Sword Art Online fan club would have to also engage in brigading other anime fan sites they find threatening or disagree with... \

Also add a ton of bots to the site, and then you'll have an analogous example

But, it's close enough.

That kind of undermines your entire spiel trying to defend why he might have been banned. -.-

Just replace site with subreddit and you have most of the mainstream anime fansubs in a nutshell. Not on the same astronomically shitposting tier as r/The_Donald - but the same premise, nonetheless.

They would also have to ruin anime's image abroad and secretly collude with .hack fans to interfere with upvotes. ;p

All the while denying that certain episodes of SAO ever happened despite obvious video evidence.

I apologize for spelling errors as I'm on my phone.

Not really sure how to defend myself as I'm sure on some level you just won't believe me... with that said Most users on here have some bias so I don't think that's a fair reason to disregard what I said about my experience. I was raised conservative and I have real interest in the justifications. I think part of the problem today is a matter of perspective. But they for the most part have similar reasons under the costume and veneer.

You don't have to believe me but my experience on the reddit was generally perplexing.
