I am the clone. The original was completely against this though and put up a good fight. I can still remember the pain he felt that day.

if i was going to die and immortality is not possible i would clone myself (as long as the clone starts young) so a part of me can live on (most people would say you have children for this reason but fuck having children tbh)

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

But on topic ofc I would definitely have a clone of myself. Then I can take all my clones with me to a cosplay event and summon my Thundercats anywhere on a whim and nobody would be the wiser!

I would not. I have a huge individual complex, and no other person can be me. The worst part is, if this truly was my clone, he would think the same dam thing.

Luckily, there won't be 2 of me, not for very long anyway:P

Exception. Cloning me when I'm 60, then do a Rick and Morty cosplay with my clone 13 years down the line. Then proceed to get my clone killed somehow.

Would be pretty useful to have an extra healthy set of organs that perfectly match yours

My immediate reaction was no, why would i? but that's not a bad point. Bit shit and evil for the clone though.

There's a children's book called The House of the Scorpion that deals with the subject. Some drug boss uses his clones for organ harvesting but let's them live for a few years before he kills them. It's a great book.

Sounds really dark for a children's book, I'll have to check it out. There's also a movie from a few years ago called "The Island" with Scar Jo and that guy who plays Obi Wan in the prequel trilogy that cover the subject as well, though its mostly just an action movie.
