I generally prefer subs but there are dubs out there in increasing frequency that are also equally legit. I think the quality of dubs in general is on the rise, and now that we're seeing more simulcast dubs, it's a win win for the anime community in general.

Also, did the OP really think he was going to change the minds of pre-existing dub lovers with this thread? Everyone has their own preferences, and as such, it's not a matter of being "right" or "wrong".

You already made an exception to your own rule. So self-contradictions aside, watch it any way you want. I support my country's voice actors and therefore support dubs.
Refusing to support them hurts the possible career paths for millions of non-Japanese looking for ways into the anime industry. So, good job there.

Sub or Dub, it doesn't matter to me; at the end of the day the show will get watched.

I watch subs almost exclusively.

With that being said, when it comes to shows from my youth like Dragon Ball Z I prefer the dubbed since that is what I grew up with.

I usually stick to subs. Whenever i watch on DVD, i watch it dubbed, only if i think and it's good enough.

I don't mind both. It's a big gamble on the voice actors you can have good voice actors on a bad anime vice versa. Anime like Hellsing are worth watching in dubbed.
